Unused Product

Any item that has been damaged or washed by customer.

Undamaged Product

The product  should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

  • Refunds on returns :-
  • Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. Decision of our team in this regard is final.
  • Wrong Item Received - must be verified via unboxing video
  • Defective or Damaged item received - must be verified via unboxing video
  • Refunds for orders purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order
  • Before sending the return to us, please inform us by email at trinetrakart@gmail.com
  • To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • The returned item must be in our possession within 3 days of the date you receive it.
  • Item that were designed specially as  per your request cannot be returned
    • Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement . The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.
