Return/Refund Policy:

We have a liberal no questions asked return policy. Merchandize can be returned within 3 days of receiving of the shipment. We make refund / replacement within 7 working days of receiving returns. When ever you wish to send returns, please contact us on trinetrakart@gmail.com and we will provide you the nearest address where you can send the returns.

Products which are Non-Returnable/Refundable

Product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category	Conditions
Correct Product	IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product	All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product	The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)..
Undamaged Product	The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes
Undamaged Packaging	Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Refunds on returns :-
- The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
- Customs charges/duties applicable has to be paid by the customer.
- Refunds for orders purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order
- Before sending the return to us, please inform us by email at trinetrakart@gmail.com
- To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- The returned item must be in our possession within 3 days of the date you receive it.
- Item that were designed specially as per your request cannot be returned
- Shipping charges are non refundable.

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement . The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.
